My son sent me a picture of an Escalade. I debated and went by Friday afternoon, spoke with Spencer, who was extremely cordial and welcoming. Called Saturday morning with to chat and make my offer. He honestly said there was another potential buyer driving it, but promised to call back either way. He did, and Will made contact to explain everything, made sure I was good with it, matched my plan, set it up for arrival test drive and paperwork. Wife and I dreaded purchasing a new vehicle for the same reasons that everyone does but we needed a diesel truck and found one at this dealership that we like. With that being said we reluctantly drove onto the lot fully expecting the usual pressure and manipulation. What we received was quite the opposite. We were greeted by Jake Porter. Jake went above and beyond for us prior, during, and after the sale. Never have I ever had such an awesome experience. No pressure, no lies or manipulation. I felt Jake worked hard for our benefit. I then thought….oh boy now I have to deal with finance. Not what I expected. The Finance manager was wonderful. Very detail information was provided. She Ro worked hard for us to get the deal done on our terms. I can’t say anything bad and in 30+ years it’s a first. I highly recommend this dealership.
